I'm Claire and I'll be your host at this apartment. Whilst I'm not on-site I'll be on-hand via messages or a phone call if you need anything. There's lots to see and do in the city
and I'd be happy to give you some recommendations.
Our business is called Switchback Stays and we run several properties as self-contained apartments for visitors to the city. We also live in Cardiff (and have done for over 20 years) so know the city and the surrounding areas well.
Outside of giving our guests a top-quality stay and experience I have a background in sport, specifically tennis. I have been a tennis coach for over 20 years and as a junior player reached national level. My proudest achievement came in 2019 when I had the fantastic opportunity to represent Great Britain in the Seniors World Team Championships.

Why they chose this property
I lived in this apartment for several years and LOVED it. The location is perfect for working or exploring Cardiff. Right on the Marina it's just a couple of minutes walk to one of my favourite restaurants The Deck and a short walk to Penarth Town Centre with it's independent bars, shops & restaurants. There's a supermarket very close by and the train station on the line into Cardiff city centre (just a 9 minute journey on the train).
