Welcome to the Brackens Guest Accommodation...
The Brackens is a fully modernised, detached two storey accommodation within a wonderful country side setting and views of rolling fields from two south facing, two tiered decked veranda's.
During the Summer enjoy south facing gardens, lovely lush gardens and various seating area's that can facilitate families, groups or a romantic getaway for two. Complimented by our traditional Hot Tub with fresh water that can be used throughout the day and night complimented by a recently added roof.
A log burner ensures a cosy and luxurious stay during the winter months for those looking for a winter break with a traditional hot tub and breath taking views lit up in the evening for the ultimate - tranquil experience. We have also recently added a dishwasher and washing machine for those wishing for a longer stay.
Access also to our summer house set in the gardens for those looking for a relaxing area or for families wanting to enjoy some extra indoor space.

Two bedrooms (one upstairs / one down) are complimented by a wooden, fresh water hot tub and over one acre of gardens. Wildlife in abundance with neighbouring Delamere Forest one mile away and Manley Mere Lake and water sports 1.2miles. Fishing, walking within the area with a local train station and a wonderful local pub.
The Annexe and garden is set within a acre of grounds can be used to relax in one of the many area's connected to annexe or around the garden. Our hot tub feature is a traditional log burner set up that uses fresh water and accommodate up to four people.
You will have exclusive use of the gardens and full privacy throughout your stay.
The Brackens is for those looking for a tranquil, quiet stay to enjoy the luxurious hot tub and rural surroundings.
We will endeavor to provide anything on request that may be required during your stay. The property is based in Manley which is ten minutes from Chester / Frodsham by car and a one mile from a train station that is a main line to cities in the region. Please note owner is based on site.

We will offer further discounts for stays seven nights or longer.
We offer a tranquil retreat and although we want you to enjoy your stay and relax we are not a venue that can accommodate bookings with a 'party' agenda. Bookings for all adult parties are on request if totalling 3/4 adults. (Please ensure you are comfortable the property will serve your needs prior to booking)
For security and safety purposes we do have CCTV on our property.
Each camera will be pointed out to our guests on arrival but all cover property entrances.
