This beautiful stone house is located in the heart of the Apennines, less than 5 minutes from the charming village of Apecchio. In the centre of Apecchio, you can get your daily groceries in the supermarket, or enjoy world-famous Italian cuisine in one of the restaurants. A visit to the nearby Brancaleoni Castle or one of Apecchio's 3 breweries is also well worthwhile.

Enjoy a snack and a drink in the large garden, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Take a dip in the pool or spend time in the hot tub to completely unwind. A barbecue is available for cosy evenings and the property boasts stunning views of the surrounding hills.

Der Ausbau dieses Anwesens ist mehr als geglückt. Mit viel Liebe im Detail und absoluter Sauberkeit lässt es sich super gut relaxen. Auch in den Pool mit tollem weichem Wasser und allerbester Pflege geht man immer wieder gerne zum abkühlen und schwimmen hinein. Die Lage ist gigantisch mit genialem Rundumblick. Auch ist es groß genug, um bei voller Belegung seine Freiräume zu haben. Die Anfahrt an das höhergelegen Anwesen über Eure sehr gut ausgebaute Privatstraße ist für tiefergelegte Sportwagen eher nicht zu empfehlen, für alle anderen Serienfahrzeuge ist es kein Problem. Wir waren sehr gerne Eure Gäste, macht weiter so! Liebe Grüße Jutta & Harald

per chi cerca pace e tranquillità è il posto giusto. Splendida l'accoglienza ma molto discreta. Struttura accogliente dotata di tutto quanto necessario per il soggiorno oltre a qualche piccola dolce sorpresa mattutina.

Fantastische verblijf op een schitterende lokatie.

Prachtig huis wat bestaat uit drie appartementen. We verbleven met twee personen op de begane grond waardoor we makkelijk gebruik konden maken van de heerlijke patio met heerlijke koffie . Zwembad lag iets hoger waardoor je mooie uitzichten had. Anna de eigenaresse heeft alles goed uitgelegd en soms lag er zelf in de ochtend iets lekker op tafel op ons te wachten . Vraag Anna naar het fotoboek zodat je de hele verbouwing van dit paradijsje ziet. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten . Dank Luca en Anna
