This holiday home in Belforte all'Isauro has been completely refurbished to make it an oasis of tranquillity in the countryside. Ideal for a group of friends or family, there in the garden is a large swimming pool overlooking the typical landscape of the Marche.

There is a beautiful adventure park, Carpegna Park, a fun experience for adults and children. Also, you will have the possibility to practice hiking- day and night, mountain biking, and many other activities within the Natural Park. The sea lies 64 km from the home and is great to enjoy after a nice drive.

The home has a beautiful porch entrance, under which you will find the pizza oven and barbecue. You can also relax on the private terrace sipping your favorite cocktail. Parking is available.

Federico Fellini Int'l Airport is 58 km away.

Very nice house in a wonderful countryside

Very warm welcome by Riccardo and his family. The house was re-build in the authentic style. The garden and the pool were wonderful. There was a student group in the other part of the house - this means you are not alone in the house/garden/pool - but in our case it worked very well. The countryside is ideal for biking and hiking. We enjoyed it very much!

Ferienhaus mit guter Substanz

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Localita Calfattore - wer aber gerne viel in der Umgebung sehen möchte, ist hier definitiv zu weit ab vom Schuss! Ein Besuch von Urbino ist schon mit einigem an Fahrt verbunden, was nicht an den km liegt, sondern vor allem an den schlechten Strassenverhältnissen. Mit Kindern bietet sich auf jeden Fall ein Besuch im Kletterpark in Carpegna an 👍 Ein Besuch am Meer muss man wirklich wollen, denn die Rückfahrt am Abend mit den kurvigen Straßen ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir hatten den kleineren Teil des Hauses, La Duchessa. Die Terrasse ist abgetrennt von der großen Terrasse und gleicht dem Zugang eines Dienstbotentraktes. Wir konnten allerdings auch die untere Terrasse einer noch nicht fertig gestellten Wohnung nutzen - das Bild vom Haupthaus trügt allerdings. Innen lässt die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig, die Küche ist eher eine Kochzeile und wer sich vorgestellt hat in dem Ferienhaus schön italienisch zu kochen oder zu grillen, wird enttäuscht sein!! Der Grill war zwar da, aber nicht gereinigt, die Küchenausstattung ist ein Konvolut an Dingen, die zuhause übrig waren. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind ok, aber der Duschschlauch wurde mit Kabelbindern gefixt, eine Matratze ist definitiv durch und leider riecht es regelmäßig mal wieder nach Abfluss oder dem Küchengeruch der Nachbarn - die Wohnung ist mit einer Verbindungstür zum Haupthaus verbunden. Der Pool ist toll, wobei einige der Liegen zu entsorgen sind!

Splendida esperienza

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo: la "Duchessa" è la porzione di casa più piccola ma adatta a una famiglia di 4 persone. La zona è immersa nelle colline marchigiane, silenziosissima, perfetta per chi vuole fare una vancanza serena e in pace. La piscina è perfetta, tra le rose e la lavanda. Cosa volere di più? I gestori sono stati davvero gentili e premurosi: presenti, ma mai invadenti. Insomma, un angolo di Paradiso.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Pool ist spitze und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Natur und Erholung pur.

Mooi gelegen huis, prachtige tuin, geweldig uitzicht. Huis is basic maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon met voldoende bad en beddengoed. Groot goed verzorgd zwembad. Is wel gelegen aan een onverharde weg maar door rustig rijden is het te doen
