PROPERTY RULES

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

REST HOURS: Respect silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 10 guests (including children).

GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 40 years old are not admitted.

ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.

EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.

FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.



CHECK-IN ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

The SAPvillas team will accompany you through every step for a worry-free stay.

•ACCOMMODATION CHECK-IN: Personal key handover between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

oLate arrivals subject to consultation with on-site check-in (7 PM-11 PM: £30 After 11 PM: £50).

•CHECK-OUT: until 11:00 AM

•LUGGAGE SERVICE: If you arrive early or leave later, you can store your bags in our office with total convenience.



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€3000) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.
