Leider war es nicht so schön wie gedacht

Die Beschreibung war gut, sodass wir dachten das diese Unterkunft für uns alleine ist.Leider hat sich bei Ankunft herausgestellt, das wir dort nicht alleine sind und der Pool sowie die Außenanlagen gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Dies wollten wir ja garnicht. Wir haben gesagt, das es besser beschrieben werden müsste um dann auch andere Gäste darüber vorab zu informieren.

Em sap greu que la clienta s'hagi fet una falsa expectativa de casa meva. A l'anunci posa clarament que els espais exteriors com piscina , barbacoa i zona infantil, són zones comuns. Crec que és important destacar que en cap moment em vaig oposar a la decisió d'anul.lar la reserva tot i que el malentès va ser per part de la clienta.
