OPENING Jun 2020!<br>Perfect for families, sleeping 4 people plus 1 extra on the living room sofa bed.<br>It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-concept living/dining area with a kitchen. <br>Private porch with excellent views, spacious areas, and maximum privacy, with access to a barbecue.<br>It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a full set of kitchenware, an LED TV with films and Netflix series, and free Wi-Fi.<br>The common areas feature a washer-dryer, children’s play equipment, a farm with free egg collection, as well as a lounge area at the front desk and free parking on the premises.<br>We follow all cleaning and disinfection protocols required by the State Secretariat of Tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Health.<br>We have a 24-hour forced-air ventilation system with a heat recovery unit, which ensures a continuous supply of fresh air in the apartments.<br>Pets are allowed upon request.<br>
