Set in 125 acres of wetlands, 1,000 acres of glorious open spaces with 8 miles of nature trails for walking or cycling, and two private championship 18-hole golf courses: Old Orange designed by Bob Cupp and Whispering Oaks was designed by Jack Nicklaus
Sweetwater Landing, a public marina with deepwater boat access is only minutes away. It can accommodate wet storage boats up to 100 feet and dry storage for craft up to 30 feet. The Boathouse and Tiki Bar and Grill is now open and is worth a visit.
The Riverhouse and Blossoms Cafe serve delicious food
Verandah Plaza is right next door!! Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, salons, bank, Gas station, Doctors Offices and laundry.
Historic downtown Ft. Myers - the River District, is just 15 minutes away and is a must to explore... cafes, , gourmet restaurants, monthly art and music walks, charming boutiques, festivals and performing arts halls.
