Lovely Beach Property

Highly recommend this property. Loved the beautiful furnishings, screened in porch and proximity to the beach! Perfect for our family vacation with 4 generations!

Great location and size of house but it smelled like a locker room and musty..

Liked size of house/location but it needed a deep cleaning. Had a dirty musty smell and ants. A lot of money to tolerate these issues. We addressed a couple of issues with the house after we arrived and the realtor was quick to address them.

Great space and location for group of 10

I thought the house had good space and rooms available for privacy, but also good for a big group. The second road to the beach location was not bad at all! The flow of the house is very practical. Kitchen and living space was great. This might sound weird, but the refrigerator water/ice dispenser was stupid. The auto fill feature didn't work half the time and the precise feature was way complicated. Wifi was actually pretty bad and maybe that can improve before next year, but we would go back!

Great Location to the Beach

We were very happy with the property. Very close to the beach, just a short walk. Plenty of space for the family. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. One member of our party needed to do some work, so the downstairs bedroom provided him a private space to set up his computer and knock out a few hours of work. Dunes Agency was great to work with and very friendly and helpful..
