Gulls Way is a cosy, romantic one bed apartment, French doors open from the living area to a small balcony, perfect for yacht/boat watching with a glass of wine. Located on the edge of the town in the Packet Quays development, it offers amazing views of the Estuary and Falmouth Bay.

This lovely little apartment is perfectly positioned (one minute walk to the town centre) to enjoy the local facilities in Falmouth, the beautiful beaches and, of course, the exceptional sailing waters of the Fal Estuary.

Gulls Way sleeps two in one mezzanine bedroom, with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed, one bathroom and the added benefit of a secure undercover parking space.

The flat was spot on – just as described and with plenty of space. The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre and only a short stroll to the piers, shops and everything you need. There’s a Spar and Tesco Express nearby, and a bigger Sainsbury’s about a mile away if you need it. Parking was easy, with the small multi-storey car park right there, which made things very convenient. The owner was brilliant – really easy to deal with and very helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely property in perfect location. It is a little tired in parts of the property. Our only real criticism was the shower. This just dribbled out unfortunately the upstairs hot water pressure was very weak.

Short break in Falmouth

Small, cosy apartment located in Falmouth close to facilities and includes secure parking. Apartment has lovely sea/harbour views from the balcony and everything you need for a short stay. Instructions and directions were clear and complete with everything thought of. All in all a lovely place to stay for a long weekend and would highly recommend.

I have stayed at a few holiday lets now and only review the ones that i have positive things to say ! I go alot on how a place makes you feel & This little gem didnt have fancys furnishings but was clean and had a such a lovely lovely atmosphere & the view was 10/10 i wish i could upload a video of the sunrise i watched from the living room one morning it was breath taking ! There was everything you needed and the place was a fabulous location ,i think & heard that falmouth is very up & coming with eateries / indi dog / hooked on the rocks and so many more 10/10 food and we are foodies , thankyou so much we will miss this little place and waking up to that gorgeous view everyday ! Great location

Lovely flat, compact but ideal for one or two persons. Great location and balcony overlooking the Marina is wonderful. At this time of year, however, only useable in the mornings. Disappointed I couldn’t drink a glass of wine in the evening. Nice to have a bath since so much holiday accommodation only have a shower. Nice restaurant just up the road called The Boathouse, excellent Sunday roast. Nice welcome pack of coffee and tea bags plus 2 packs of biscuits. Only criticism - lack of extras. Only one tea towel and cloth supplied. Also half bottle of washing up liquid, liquid handwash. Everywhere I have stayed before always has fresh bottles provided. Otherwise, a lovely time.

Water leaking through the roof on arrival

Rang owner as soon as opened the door saw water leaking through the ceiling and electric light and realised the property was not safe to stay on Saturday afternoon after driving 6.5hours. It took 3.5hrs to be relocated to the only option offered which was 2 miles away from booked location in a poky little annexe through another provider. The owner had another property in Falmouth but won’t allow us to stay as she had other guests arriving on Sunday. We were expected to share the bedroom with a dog which also had the only table and 2 chairs for eating. There was no TV either and the cleaner took pity on us and allowed us to use the TV room in the main house. We only agreed to spend the night there as we hoped the maintenance team could fix the leak. We rang the owner on Monday lunchtime to check when we could move back and was told the property would not be available for 2 months. At this point we asked for a full refund as no other accommodation was available and the annexe (more like small bedsit) was not acceptable for a week’s holiday. The owner sent a partial refund of less than 1/3 of the price paid. It took 3 phone calls to VRBO and eventual advised inbox message the owner before she acknowledged our complaint. We continued to complain to VRBO and the owner finally paid full refund on Wednesday (5 days after the start of our booking) We have logged a further complaint with VRBO for financial compensation for the misery and upheaval we endured during 3 nights in the annexe. We decided to cut our trip short as we could not bear staying in the annexe/bedsit any longer. We booked a central location with a sea view due to mobility issues and we were expected to pay for train/bus/taxis to be able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage on our holiday. This is not acceptable. The least VRBO could do is offer us some financial compensation as a gesture of goodwill.

The location of this property was excellent, as was the view from the balcony. However, the balcony was too small for two people to stand, much less sit in chairs ( and there were no chairs on the balcony).The host was very quick to respond to my questions.The unit had one small window in the upstairs bathroom, and a French door downstairs. I know this is Europe and most places do not have air conditioning, but we had to leave the balcony door open to get any cool air. There was one portable fan that barely worked, but it was very dirty. There were no screens on the window or the door, so of course bugs came in. The shower was unusable- it was either scalding or ice cold within seconds. We had to wash our hair in the bathtub. A few changes will make this a really good option for one person or a couple to stay in to explore the south of England.
