PRICE INCLUDING POWER AND WATER - There are not many houseboats in Hvide Sande - but how cozy it is if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday, with the most beautiful view directly over the sea and Hvide Sande harbor. The terraces around the boat invite to the most beautiful sunsets and look to the sea. You can not get closer to the water. The houseboat is furnished with living room and kitchen in open connection with each other, from which there is both exit and view to the open sea. Bedroom and bathroom appear spacious and well decorated. From the houseboat there is a short walking distance to Hvide Sande s vibrant life with both restaurants and shops. Free final cleaning!

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Die Klimatisierung auf dem Boot ist problematisch (entweder zu kalt oder zu warm), im Untergeschoss war es zudem extrem feucht, Auch auf der Terrasse konnten wir selbst im Hochsommer kaum sitzen wegen des Windes (auch hier gilt: Entweder zu kalt oder zu warm - kein Sonnenschutz), Der Herd / Backofen war nicht unproblematisch in der Bedienung: Gas!), die Küchenausstattung insgesamt sehr mager, Im Hintergrund des Hafens liegen zwei Werften, von denen eine ständige Lärmbelästigung ausging (Schweißarbeiten bis Mitternacht), die sich akustisch im Liegeplatz fingen,
