It's a very cozy appartment. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The home appliances are new and the furniture has had little use.

The apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 folding sofa bed of 80cm * 2.05m, 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchen, a study area and another dining room or terrace. An extra folding bed of 80cm * 1.85m is possible on request.

This charming apartment is located in the heart of Marbella. On the ground floor of the building is the supermarket . Just a few minutes from the promenade, from the marina, from the old town and from the Alameda Park.

Great location

Great location - nice apartment and building - air conditioning worked however due to layout of apartment bedroom was hard to keep cool unless main living space over cooled and use of floor fan to try to direct to bedroom. no parking however great location of apartment permitted access to local areal resident streets which allowed no cost parking - very safe area - I would recommend this stay ++
