Good location. Bathrooms can be testy.
Our second time staying at this location and it is in the heart of it all. The bathrooms were very testy this go around, but they sent the housekeeper to manage the malfunctions halfway into our trip. Due to the planning and preparation for the Jubilee year, it was difficult to get a taxi or an Uber from the location. The beds are very low to the ground so not for the physically challenged. Overall, really great stay.

Great location everything to see in walking distance, Great Host
This rental was amazing, 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, lots of room for our family of 7 (5) children, rooms were clean and spacious, location could not be better, walk to everything Vatican, Pantheon, Trasevere (area is amazing!) less than 20 minutes each, Cristiano our host is a great guy, good communication, he leven let us check in early after a long overnight flight from NYC, the apartment was very clean and well stocked! We will stay with Cristiano when we are back in Rome. We will recommend Cristiano to all our family and friends.

True Roman Experience
Having visited Rome a few time already I found the location of the apartment amazing. In the heart of Prati just a short walk to Rome central and surrounded by top class restaurants - I could not wish for better accommodation. The apartments itself was spacious and well fitted and with 7 people staying for 5 nights proved to be very comfortable. Our host Cristiano was charming and on hand when need. The alfresco was a winner. We all had a great time in Rome and can't wait to return

Super comfortable
We stayed in Rome for a week during a extreme heatwave, so it was very important that we had a cool and comfortable place to come back to. And, that it was! The host and everyone we met at the apartment was extremely helpful and friendly. At one point I locked myself out and they quickly got me back in. The area in the city was convenient and quiet, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. All good!

Use Cation and The Good/The Bad
Use caution: We had someone enter the the unit multiple times during our stay. Several items were missing. The host indicated it was the laundry service. They enter when you are there and not there! Our kids woke up to two strange men in our unit at 8am. Having already had missing items we blocked the front door and they still entered. They didn’t ring a bell or schedule ahead. Just entered! The laundry service never cleaned or changed our sheets etc. There is no reason for anyone to enter a unit without your knowledge.
The Good
-Check is was easy
-Host was very responsive
-Spacious unit with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
-Location was good
The Bad
-One bathroom smelled like sewer so bad we could not use it
- It is awkwardly set up like a Hostel where they rent out individual rooms and bathrooms
-Host only speak Italian

Great Location
Lovely visit. Mother/daughter vaca, great having multiple baths. Really enjoyed back patio. Location and access to metro was fantastic. Shopping and restaurants close by.

Some good, some opportunity
The location is great if your visit is focused on the Vatican and other attractions west of the river. If you plan to spend most of your time in the center and sights like the Colloseum and the Forum, there may be better locations. The host was very responsive, but we did have some issues with the apartment. Most importantly, we had no hot water the first night and next day after arrival. Lastly, we felt rushed to depart on the last day even though the host had indicated that sometime around 10:00 was fine. Overall, not our best experience.
