About this property

Huge luminous 1 bed flat in East London

One huge bedroom flat located 2 minutes away from St James street overground. It is modern and well looked after in a sought out area. It has a huuge living room with 5 windows, big american fridge freezer, iroomba to clean the floors, washer dryer, oven and cooking hobs, kettle , thermo, bathroom is hotel size with bathtube, also very big compared to anything you can find in residential london flats. This flat is one if a kind and super comfortable. The room has a double bed, it is spacious and has two wardrobes. Pictures do not make much justice as I haven't been able to tidy up as i use the room as play room until I move away, it is much bigger than it looks on the picture, it will be empty, prepared and cleaned up before your arrival. I have decided to rent it last minute until October or end of September.

Theres no TV nor Internet in the flat.

It is much bigger than any other normal London flat, high ceilings, 8 windows, close to all local cafes and near two underground stations (blackhorse road, walthamstow central) and two overground stops (st james street and Queens road station)

It would be the first time I rent jt and so I am really only looking for someone that will look after it, a quiet mature student or professional needing a short let during summer months. Parties are not allowed in the building , nor smoking. Due to covid I would request that everything is totally disinfected on the day you vacate.

A travel cot is provided if a couple had to bring a baby :)
