A faire et refaire

la ville de Roquebrune est faite d'escaliers, il ne faut donc pas etre surpris de devoirs parcourir un certain nombre de marches avant d'acceder au logement. Mais une fois installé, c'est idéal. Sejour en famille ou sejour pro, être aux portes de Monaco, dans un logement si agreable est un bonheur. Terrasse, vue mer, équipement du logement qui nous a tres bien convenu, rien à rajouter, nous reviendrons, d'autant plus que nous avons ete tres bien accueillis.

Arrivé maison encore en travaux.

Pas d'agence donc communication avec le propriétaire qui travaille donc pas forcément le temps. Puis arrivé dans une maison encore en travaux avec des outils dans l'entrée de la maison.2semaines climatisation qui fuite et une refroidit pas.lave linge micro onde et four non branché à l'électricité. Pas de verrouille à la porte de la salle de bain car enlever pendant les travaux pour décapage dc 3jours sans verrouille jusqu'à l'intervention de monsieur et réponse par msg pour la réclamation était " désolé mais nous on ne ferme pas la porte quand va au toilette " la réponse est acceptable quand la porte ferme un minimum hors elle restait entre ouverte.Pas de lumière dans l'entrée qui comporte des escaliers. Stationnement payant. Pas de stationnement devant car c'est dans une résidence qui se trouve sur un rocher. Donc enfants personne en fauteuil ou encore personne âgée s'abstenir. Je suis partie avec 2 personnes âgées galèrent et il n'est noté nul part sur l'annonce Apres le couple reste agréable, madame nous à aidé à monté les affaires à l'arrivée.
