Rustico Villa Marciaga With Pool

The Villa is located in Marciaga, a small and scenic village nestled in the hills overlooking the lake and the town of Garda, just a couple of kilometres away.



Upon entering through the electric gate, you can park two cars inside the fully fenced property. The rustic house, recently renovated, is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living area with a spacious kitchen and dining table and a living room that opens onto the outdoor porch and pool. A service bathroom with a washing machine completes this level.



A steep, original wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with fans but are not air-conditioned.



The outdoor area is delightful. There is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining using the gas BBQ, and relax while sipping a good glass of wine.



For golf lovers, the Golf Degli Ulivi course, offering spectacular views of Lake Garda, is just a short distance away.

Das war einfach wunderschön. Der Pool ist diesen groß verstehen viele liegen dort für jeden Gast sein. Das Haus ist aufgrund der Bauweise relativ kühl von innen. Die Zimmer bieten alle ausreichend Platz die Betten sind sehr bequem. In den Schlafzimmer sind Deckenventilatoren. Man ist privat für sich einfach unauffrei

Wunderschönes Rustico mit tollem Garten

Wir sind wirklich begeistert von diesem Objekt. Es hat perfekt für uns gepasst und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Garten und das Haus sind top gepflegt und auch für unseren Hund war das Grundstück perfekt. Der Zaun ist überall dicht und bietet durch die hohe Hecke einen super Sichtschutz. Der Pool war super sauber und wir konnten ihn bereits Ende April nutzen. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Die Organisation vor Ort war ebenfalls erstklassig . Als wir uns am Feiertag ausgesperrt hatten (immer einen Schlüssel draußen stecken lassen !! Die Haustür hat außen keine Klinke !), war sofort Hilfe da. Rundum ein toller Service und super Urlaub ! Wir buchen sicher wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus mit traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und wir hätten es dort noch viel länger ausgehalten. Der Pool ist das Highlight. Die Liegen am Pool waren auch sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. In beiden Schlafzimmern hatte es einen Deckenventilator, was auch sehr nützlich war. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Das WLAN funktionierte eigentlich nur im Haus direkt vor dem Router - am Pool hatte man kein WLAN mehr. Hier könnte man einen Verstärker am Pool installieren. Die Filterkaffeemaschine konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Kanne einen Riss hatte. Kaffeetassen könnten auch mehr sein, wir hatten nur 3 und waren aber 4 Personen. Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse waren eher unbequem.

Tolle Lage alles da was man braucht ,auch der Poolboy kam regelmäßig .. Leider etwas lautes Umfeld besonders durch die Baustelle gegenüber die auch am frühen Morgen leider für viel Lärm gesorgt hat …

Das Haus ist perfekt. Ein riesiger Garten sehr gepflegt Incl. Garten und Poolpflege aber diskret. Liegt toll am Hang mit sehr guter Zufahrt. Einkaufen gleich in der Nähe. Nach Garda nur 3 km. Pool sehr geschön abgelegt und groß. So stellt man sich einen Urlaub vor. Auch unserem Mops hat es sehr gut gefallen. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Bis zum nächsten Mal nächstes Jahr 👍💕
