THE ACCOMMODATION Luxury flat in 2nd line of beach completely furnished in Magic World Resort (former Marina Dor), in Oropesa del mar (Castellón) at 300 m from the beach. Excellent location next to the hotel MAGIC SPORTS (Old Gran Duque) 300 m from the leisure area of the Magic World complex and 500 m from Mercadona. It has 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes, two complete bathrooms both with shower, toilet and washbasin, kitchen (with all electrical appliances), living-dining room, terrace of 12 m2 and parking space for a big car in the basement of the building. -. Bedroom 1: A double bed of 135 cm, for two adults. -. Room 2: Two beds of 90 cm. for two adults. -. Room 3: Bunk bed consisting of: Upper 90 cm bed for one adult and lower 90 cm mattress on the floor, suitable for a child or a teenager. -. Living room: Sofa bed of 150 cm, for two children (or teenagers). -. In Bedroom 3: There is the possibility for an additional child to sleep, as there is an extra 90 cm mattress that can be placed on the floor. -. There is also a camping cot for a baby (optional). Bed linen and towels are not included in the price shown on the website, guests must bring them with them or hire them. The price for renting bed linen and towels is very reasonable. The flat is ideal for families who want to spend a quiet holiday in the sun and on the beach. The flat has a standard occupancy of 6 occupants. The maximum occupancy is 9 people, maximum 5 adults and the rest must be children or teenagers. The flat is located on the 4th floor of the VALPARAISO building with spacious lifts. BY BUS From Madrid via Valencia or Barcelona you can reach Marina d'Or by different bus lines.
TRAIN From Madrid to Castellón and Oropesa there are Alaris and Alvia trains (see season). From Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante to Castellón and Oropesa there are Alaris and Talgo trains.
PLANE The nearest airport is Castellón, just 20 minutes from Magic World Resort. Valencia airport is 90 km away, Reus airport is 150 km away and Barcelona airport is 250 km away.
BOAT The port of Valencia is 90 km away and receives international cruise ships and boats from the Balearic Islands. In Oropesa there is an excellent marina.
If you arrive at the flat by public transport it is not necessary to have a car to enjoy all the parks and amenities of Magic Word Resort, everything is very close by and you can walk to all the parks, restaurants, restaurants, shops, etc. You can even walk to Oropesa along the beach, it is a nice walk of about 3 km.

Als ich die Wohnung nach Ihrem Aufenthalt überprüfte, stellte ich in der Tat fest, dass einige Glühbirnen durchgebrannt waren und dass die Tür eines Kleiderschranks kaputt war. Das wird repariert werden.
Was ich nicht überprüfen konnte, sind die Fenster, von denen Sie sagen, dass sie bei Regen undicht sind. Aber ich werde das überprüfen, und auch sie werden repariert werden.

Bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.
Cuisine bien équipée en ustensile et électroménager, climatisation, télévision sur support amovible.
Toutes les pièces sont conformes au plan.
L'emplacement est très bien proche de la plage, des magasins et des restaurants.
Avec la piscine au sein de la résidence on est au top de la réservation !!!
Le propriétaire est très réactif aux questions.
Pourquoi pas 5 étoiles ?
L'agence qui gère les clefs !!
Tout d'abord la personne qui nous a remis les clefs n'était pas au courant de notre réservation. Puis le trousseau qui nous a été donné ne fut pas le bon. Obligés de retourner à l'agence pour récupérer le bon trousseau. Personne pour faire un état des lieux et nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement.
Et pour le départ, un manque de communication au sein de l'agence fait que le propriétaire a été obliger de nous contacter pour savoir si on était bien parti et si on avais bien rendu les clefs. Et je rajouterai le problème avec les couchage fourni par l'agence qui n'était pas complet ou non conforme.

Olivier, Muchas gracias por tu reseña, me ayudará a mejorar.
Todo perfecto, el dueño se ha portado fenomenal dejándonos permanecer en el apartamento hasta las 5 de la tarde en lugar de las once que era la hora de salida , ya que nuestro tren salía a las siete de la tarde.
El lugar está perfectamente situado, playa cerca, supermercados debajo del apartamento y zona muy tranquila y el apartamento muy bien de y con una buena terraza, quizás lo único que podría decir por poner un pero es que debería de arreglar pequeñas cosillas que por el tiempo se han estropeado, alguna puerta de armario , alguna sartén y cazuela que debería tirar por estar mal, el colchón un poco finito, pero cosillas sin importancia. Por lo que recomiendo 100% este apartamento.

Hemos estado alojados un mes en el apartamento y la verdad que genial , muy bien amueblado, cerca de la playa, limpieza perfecta, con los utensilios necesarios.
La piscina y zonas comunes magníficas. El año que viene repetiremos. El dueño del apartamento hay que darle un 10 por la gestión y el trato hacia nosotros.
