This Apartment is a scam❗

We were scammed. The communication was terrible since the host never replied to our texts via Vrbo and didn't speak English. The place did not match the photos AT ALL, and the host made all kinds of excuses saying that they had a glitch with their system. We are still waiting for a full refund since we left and stayed in another hotel. This place is a scam and should be removed asap from listings. We are distraught with Vrbo for listing such a place and ruining our vacation. We also missed a booking for dinner on the same day since we had to find an alternative hotel for the night.
