Virgilia is a precious casket, protected by dry-stone walls and
terraces in stone, by the round shapes and soft, mediterranean-style.
The shape of the building reveals relaxation areas, well sheltered and
distributed in order to enjoy the maximum functionality. Among these,
there are the courtyard with swimming pool and solarium, the one with a gazebo furnished for dining and dine al fresco and the barbecue for grilling.
The interiors are cosy, well-finished, illuminated by the particular light of Puglia. There is a large living area with dining room, living room with fireplace and 1 sofa bed double, kitchen super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. On this floor there are, also, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and the laundry room.

in the heart of the Valle d'itria. The characteristic historic centre,

surroundings of Martina Franca is it worth to go to discover other towns
and cities such as Ostuni, called the White City, Alberobello with the
trulli, world heritage of Unesco, Locorotondo. The nearest beaches on
the Adriatic Sea are just 25 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 200 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
