Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb in einem kleinen Wald. Wir hatten einen kleinen Garten mit Pavillon. Die Wohnung war voll mit Dekoration und für unsere Kleidung war nur ein kleiner Schrank vorhanden. Die anderen Schränke waren abgeschlossen und konnten nicht genutzt werden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht weil der Warmluftabgang nicht richtig verlegt wurde. Zur linken Betthälfte war nur ein sehr schmaler Durchgang. Da kommen nur schlanke Leute durch. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer war auf einer Seite offen. Eine Stolperfalle lauert im Bad. Dort ist eine Stufe die man kaum sieht.

Not such a pleasant stay

Modern well-equipped kitchen. -Nice garden and seating area -Poor confusing directions provided -No signage for direction or at entrance to property. This may be possibly because landlady is not VAT registered and doesn’t want to make location of the property public to avoid taxes -Very narrow path access needing maintenance -Unfriendly landlady. -Damp and smelly property -Air-condition in kitchen only.. Bedroom and sitting room were very hot as a result -Fan available in bedroom -House quite cluttered with dust gathering items. Very little storage space for your belongings, especially in the bathroom -Staircase with no railing -Bed unstable/wobbly appeared to be held together by plastic cable-ties -Very little space to walk around bottom of bed - gap of only 35cm at the bottom of the bed (between the bed and the mezzanine railing). This meant you had to walk sideways -Very small shower cubical which meant slightly overweight people like me struggled to enter. It was very difficult to bend down to wash your feet or pick up stuff if you drop it

Très Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, frais et propre et le jardin très sympathique. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour.

Il soggiorno in questa splendida bifamiliare è stato veramente ottimo. La casa è splendida e lontana dal casino se si vuole un po’ di pace, ma è comoda e vicina al centro della città di Perugia e vari servizi. La proprietaria è stata disponibile e gentile, l consiglio daldamente!

Kleine Fewo mit schönem Garten in ruhigem Vorort von Perugia

Das Appartement befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines alten, aber gepflegten Hauses. Es hat eine moderne, komplette Küche und einen wunderschönen kleinen Garten mit zwei Sitzgruppen und schönen Ausblicken in die weitere Umgebung. Das Bett wird über eine recht steile offene Treppe erreicht und ist daher nicht für jedermann geeignet. Problematisch waren für mich als 97-Kilo-Mann die Dusche und der Weg um das Bett herum. In die Dusche musste ich mich regelrecht hineinquetschen und der Weg zwischen Bettgitter und Sicherungsgitter der oberen Etage war ebenfalls extrem eng. Ansonsten aber alles ok.
