From beginning to end, our stay here was phenomenal. We had great communication with our host and loved the location.
This condo was well-appointed with everything we would want. The view is spectacular and the proximity to the beach is ideal. It was perfect for my spouse and I the third week of Jan, 2024.
Reviews often say more about the reviewer than the property. In light of that, I will disclose that we are particular and quite fussy when it comes to where we stay. In this case, we wanted clean, a good bed, a balcony and the beach. We give this place 5 stars in all categories.
We were warned to have low expectations for the island, grounds, and lobby as Ian’s impact is palpable. Even with the warnings, we weren’t prepared for what we saw outside the unit.
This Penthouse unit is a safe haven as a town rebuilds. The unit has all new appliances, floors, windows, slider, furniture, etc.
This is quirky, but these things are important to us and we celebrates discovering them at this condo: good water pressure, an elongated bowl toilet, 3 ceiling fans, great window blinds, a Keurig maker AND regular coffee maker, lanyards for keys, and an optional, hidden built-in accordion room divider if one wants to sleep and the other wants to stay up. These were great discoveries. CVS pharmacy is virtually across the street; Publix grocery is a 5 min drive.
We are grateful for warm memories having had a great week.
