About the host
Hosted by Sarah Carter
Hi, I'm Sarah, a mum of 3 and a primary school teacher. I was born in and grew up in Llansteffan until I moved away in my early 20's and I have recently moved home again! I love cooking, travelling and spending as much time as I can at the beach!
Why they chose this property
Y Fflat is attached to our family home which is a Grade II listed Victorian house. My grandparents lived here, then my parents and now my family and I! It is a wonderful place to live, we're very lucky to have lots of outside space to relax in and for the children to play. We have a fantastic vegetable garden, so you may be lucky enough to sample some new potatoes, raspberries etc. The house is a 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach which is perfect for sandcastle building and swimming when the tide permits and a 10 minute walk from the Norman castle. We love living here and am sure you will love our little part of West Wales!
What makes this property unique
Even though we live on the property we do not impose on our guests. We are on hand should you need anything but when we have guests we let you carry on as if we are not here at all! There are 3 children here so there will be some day to day noise but we try to keep it to a minimum when the flat is occupied. Being a Victorian home the walls are sound proofed!
