Classic Craftsman 3 BR, 2 BA home on corner lot in heart of Coronado Village. Great location is 4 blocks to Orange Ave, beach, library, and Spreckles Park (where they have concerts in the park on Sundays all summer). Recently remodeled home features brand new kitchen with custom cabinets, cabinet front appliances, marble countertops, and built-in breakfast nook. Home has hardwood floors throughout. Brand new furniture in family room. Master bath boasts steam shower. Large side yard contains 12 foot trampoline, plus separate sitting area. Back yard contains deck with Jacuzzi and chiminea, along with outdoor shower for rinsing off after a trip to the world famous Coronado Beach. Home has a front porch with rocking chairs and hammock, and picket fenced in front yard. Avocado tree and apple tree in yard. Air conditioning. Home features King bed in master, and 2 twins each in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Very family friendly. Also contains high efficiency LG washer and dryer, tankless water heater for unlimited hot water, and 2nd fridge. Bikes and surfboards available for use. Wi-Fi, 55 inch HD TV in living room. This is our regular home and not a full time rental, so everything is well taken care of.
