Don't expect communication at ALL.

My experience renting this property came a bit over a month before my check in date. I booked for the 8th to 11th of February. I realized I messed up so I contacted the property owners a month before I would arrive so I could reschedule for the 9-11th. They told me to send a cancellation request which they said they would respond to and help me re book. Well I sent that cancellation request. No reply. I waited a while then sent a message. No reply. I waited again until a week before I arrived, but still nothing. I eventually had to contact VRBO on the day of my arrival and ended up having to purchase a hotel room because of the total lack of communication from the owners of this property. I am currently awaiting the refund they owe me as I write this. I'm sure the actual property itself is nice but I cannot speak for it since I never got to go into the property. On the principle of no communication, I can only say DO NOT GO FOR THIS PROPERTY. If you have ANY issue, you CANNOT expect a reply from the owners or any form of assistance. It may look like a very nice place to stay, because it does look that way, but absolutely DO NOT go for it. Avoid Pass the Property whenever you can. Oh, the kicker, they hung up on me when I called them.
