This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals while on vacation. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. This home has WIFI for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
Step outside and you will find the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book! Downstairs, there is a screened in room with a sink and gas grill to enjoy! (bring your own propane). There is a view of the beach between houses and golf cart access in subdivision.

NEVER AGAIN

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointing to get there and it be so dirty from the floors to counter tops even the beds were full of hair like someone had a haircut on the bed, roaches that were dead and alive, pretty gross , our kids didn’t sleep too comfortable because of it. Not happy about the stay one bit and upper management had nothing to say or couldnt offer anything to make our stay worth it.

Short family weekend

The layout of the home was good. Location to beach was nice. The management company was quick the reply and helpful. Unfortunately, the unit was in serious need of a deep cleaning. Way more than what the management company could have done with a phone call. The unit was supposed to be pet feee but we also found pet hair. That’s not the managements fault, they were shocked to hear it and immediately addressed the problem. Disrespectful past renters for sure. I am hopeful that my complaints were taken seriously and the unit was deep cleaned as it’s got a great layout and could be really wonderful.

Very good, comfortable, in a good area. Only thing was the AC didnt work well and floors were dirty on arrival. Overall a nuce place to stay though.

Disappointed!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with our stay. The kitchen did not have sufficient dishes. A glass closet door was cracked and broken. I put things in front of door to keep my young grandchildren from touching it. The grill was dirty. The overall up keep of property was disappointing. I will not rent again.
