***Special Things to Note***
- This is a Pole House (built on stilts). These types of houses are built to have flexibility and move with the wind. That said, you will notice movement from time to time. Our kids love it, but it does take a day to get used to. 😏

- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING.
Community Pool:
- NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY (guests swim at their own risk)
- Guest must follow all listed rules and regulations listed at community pool and other amenities.
- Pool has a 20 people max capacity listed


- Weather near the ocean is often unpredictable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE, just in case the seas don’t agree with us. :)
