Nice villa which needs maintenance

The villa’s design is very nice, however it needs maintenance, especially the pool (missing pieces, no lights, needs restoration). The BBQ equipment is incomplete and the sofa was not comfortable. There were no keys on the doors, which is very important especially for the bathroom/toilet.

Excellent location

2x couples (family) mid week short stay at the Villa. Location was perfect. Facilities - everything you need for a self catering stay.Communication from booking to departure was brilliant. Villas2let rep was on hand and extremely helpful when needed.

Family of 8 stayed, villa was perfect for us in terms of size, location and facilities. There were a couple of small issues, we did contact the management service who said they would send someone out but they never arrived. However, this did not impact on our stay. Overall it was a fabulous holiday and we would definitely book again.

Perfect location

Clean, comfortable villa suitable for 8 people. Excellent pool, good range of outdoor furniture. Perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend. The only negative was only having one key to the property making it difficult for two families sharing.

From start of booking everything was handled professionally all information needed for villia was given in advance of arriving. Villia is apprix 10min from strip abd all bars abd restaurants we enjoy. Villia was clean and everything you need for your stay was there either kids gates which was great as we had out 4 yr old grandson with us. All in all a great 2 wks

We had an amazing family holiday at this villa. Enough space for 8 of us, fantastic pool area and minutes from the restaurants, bars and beach. The service from Villas2Let was also exceptional. From booking to departure they kept in touch and addressed every query we had. Special mention for their rep Georgia. Always available and always able to fix the small issues (sent someone to change the pool light timer, sent extra towels, even brought a brand new iron to us when we noticed the old one wasn’t working). Hopefully we’ll get the chance to visit again.

Wonderful house

We were 3 adults and 3 children in the age of 15, 12 and 7 and we all loved the house! It was very big and everthing was according to the pictures. The outside area and espacially the pool was bigger than we expected. And the poolguy showed up twice during the week! The service was great and the two small issues we had was resolved in 30 min after we texted villas2let via Whatsapp. The house is in a quiet location and the small fun park a couple off hundred meters away didn’t disturb us at all and the kids loved it. 2 min walk to Lidl and 5-7 min to the main street with shopping and restuarants. We are already talking about going back next year 😊

An honest review

I write thia review without actually going to the villa. Unfortunately i should have been travelling with family but had to cancel due to a bereavement. That being said, the process and care given to us throught this process was first class and ot has made it ever so simple with my insurer. The party i was travelling with did however still go to the villa. They honestly said that the property was in a wonderful location so close to the beaches, bars and restaurants in protaras. Check in was simple and smooth and overall they had an amazing holiday. The only let downs that i have been informed of is that the villa is tired in places, chips and scuffs out of furniture and in need of some general TLC. The pool area was dusty and the pool was is need of regular cleaning. My friend told me that if we had travelled as a party of 7 as originally planned and not 3 that actually went, then space woukd have been an issue. Overall, a good holiday and would recommend

Good size villa. Brilliant location

This villa was located perfectly. It is located a road behind the main strip of bars, restaurants & shops. There was minimal noise in the area so we all slept like babies. We had our little boy with us and he made good use of the fayre across the road. There is a Lidl opposite the villa which is perfect for self catering. The villa it's self is a little tired and there we found a lot of glass on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived. The pool did need a clean and we couldn't work out the dishwasher but I had a direct number on WhatsApp for Antonis from villas2let and he was fantastic! I messaged him late at night and he called me straight back and was round in the morning to help us! We had the pool cleaned the same day and again during our stay. We also had a concierge direct number who was amazing and booked us a private charter which was amazing! I cannot fault the customer service and villas2let would highly recommend! The villa does need some TLC but we had the best holiday and slept well which was the main thing. Would definitely book again!

Great Villa-Great location

Everything was great. We enjoyed our time in Villa Anastasia, We had everything that We needed, the pool was nice and cleaned. Ernesta, the rep villa, was great too. She replied to us realy quick and supported us. 3 min to lidl, 6 min to the most popular street of Protaras(full of bars and restaurants), 10 min to the beach.

A wonderful stay

Before we arrived we received clear and timely instructions. On arrival a representative contacted us stating any problems to contact them. The villa was lovely with everything you needed apart from furniture on the roof terrace but we didn't use the roof terrace anyway. The villa was clean and tidy and the outside was even better with plenty of furniture and sun loungers. Location was also excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the main strip and lidl's . We didnt receive a clean during the time we was there but as there was a washing machime we done it ourselves. Would definatley stay again and use villas2let. An excellent 3 weeks.

Comfortable for 8 people

Really nice pool, good working AC, comfortable for 8 people. Roof furniture was missing but they delivered once mentioned. WiFi signal is very poor, basic router which only serves the ground floor and little bit the outside area. No kitchen towel. Bathroom door cannot be locked. Dishwasher tablets were provided but nothing for the washing machine. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect holiday house

Stayed for a week. Very well Situated close to the sea, supermarkets. Well equipped for a family, spacious veranta in front of the pool. Generally I could live there for the rest of my life.
