Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas are three custom built architect designed villas situated in the rolling hills. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Olive Grove and Fig Tree 10 x 5 m, 1.4 m deep, Banana Valley 8x4 m, 1.3 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols. All villas have an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farmhouse in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. The villas are light, airy and spacious rooms, cool in summer and seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful villa, so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic location with amazing views, we especially liked the pool and jacuzzi. Eeva was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. Liked it so much have provisionally booked again for next year, great holiday.

What an absolute joy it was to spend 2 weeks at Banana Valley Villa. So peaceful, I am normally ready to be going home after 2 weeks away but I didn’t want to leave Banana Valley. Everything we needed was catered for by the very lovely Eava who also provided an excellent food package, allowing us to relax gently into our stay. We will definitely return x

Truly exceptional

Lovely little gem, wish we could stay longer. So comfortable & clean. Pool cleaned daily. Lovely to swim in. Eevia our host was very helpful visited everyday with lovely Bella the dog. Can't wait to return again to her lovely villa .

Upon arrival at Banana Valley Villa we knew we had picked well! As you walk through the gate you was welcomed by the most amazing view! The villa had everything we needed for our 1 week stay, a wonderful pool and quiet surroundings. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe etwas abseits genossen. Alles war gut in der Villa beschrieben. Es fehlte an nichts. Eeva war bei Fragen stets kommunikativ.

I bought the land and build these properties because this is the kind of place where I would love to spend my vacations: private, tranquil, gorgeous views but on the other hand near the buzz and restaurants of Marmaris. The area also offers great daily trip possibilities e.g. Ephesus, Pamukkale, Datcha, Marmaris Peninsula and so on.

What makes this property unique

The three Eden Villas (Banana Valley, Fig Tree and Olive Grove Villas) are spacious, airy, pools are large, they have spectacular views, and the seclusion and tranquillity are welcome after the buzz of busy Marmaris...which is so near but also so far! :)
