Lovely
Cute cottage, loved the surrounding area and ease of access to other southern destinations from close rail station. Lovely wood burner kept us warm but radiators are supplied if that’s not your thing. Choice of decor very tasteful and suits the property well.

Perfect peaceful base for all types of activities
The cottage is beautifully set up and comfortable. We sat out each evening, played the garden games, sleep very comfortably, and felt extremely welcomed by the owners. Plenty of good food options in the area as well as historic sites, shopping and countryside. Loved how the cottage was renovated with attention to its history. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

The Cottage is attached to our property, it was built in 1760 and then the two cottages we live in were built 50 years later. The three cottages were later made into one house and then back to two properties as they are today.
We always wanted to buy the property as a whole and then renovated it to its full potential.

What makes this property unique

Love the character of the cottage and its garden.
