Our spacious (66 sq m plus 8 sq m balcony) and recently refurbished duplex apartment is on the fourth floor of this typical apartment building in La Tania and sleeps 6.
There are 2 good size bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms and a sauna. There is a mezzanine which sleeps two.
The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with large picture windows and a door leading out to the south facing balcony with views over the mountains and forest.
The building is located near the top of the resort and you can ski in and out easily. It couldn't be easier to pop home for lunch in the sun before going back to the slopes for an afternoon ski.
If you come by train from Paris to Moutiers its only a half hour taxi ride up the mountain. The resort facilities are a five minute walk away.
Bedroom 1 is as you come into the apartment on the left and has twin beds and a window overlooking the valley.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds is on the mezzanine floor with a window over-looking the mountains.
Mezzanine - this has been extended to accommodate two single beds.
The bathroom on the mezzanine floor has a shower cubicle, toilet, basin and a sauna.
The bathroom on the main floor next to bedroom one has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is located discretely in the living/dining area and is small but adequately equipped with a sink, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and a combi microwave. Filter coffee machine and electric kettle supplied.
There is a washing machine situated in a recess in the entrance hall and rack for drying.
The living/dining room is large, bright and spacious. There is a pine table, bench seat and chairs and two sofas. Large picture windows with door leading out to south facing balcony.
For season 2025/2026 we have a new 43 ins Smart TV with all of the usual apps. Free ultrafast fibre broadband WIFI is available.
We have our own ski locker in the basement and you can ski out from the base of our building to the top of the nursery slopes and on to the main La Tania lift station and at the end of the day ski right to the door via a path off the bottom of the Folyères run.
We have a dedicated interior parking space at the base of our building in a secure car park and an additional exterior parking space in a private car park with a fob operated barrier.
