This comfortable and spacious villa is located in a peaceful Dalmatian village, just few min from historic Dubrovnik and beautiful small town of Mlini enriched with many hidden beaches will take your breath away!

This charming villa can accommodate 10 person on 900m2 plot surrounded with most beautiful garden decorated to the last detail. On ground floor you can find main rooms of villa – living room ,dinning room with table and chairs for 10 people,main kitchen, male and female toilet. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utilities and cutlery for 10 person, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, baby chair and first aid locker. From kitchen you can enter in laundry where you can find board for ironing with iron, dryer and washing machine.
First floor can accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In first bedroom can accommodate 2 people on 2 single beds. Bedroom have own bathroom and balcony with view on swimming pool. In second bedroom you can find large bed for two people. Bedroom have own bathroom, small kitchen and balcony with view on BBQ and terrace . Third bedroom have large bed for two people . Bedroom have own bathroom,also small kitchen and terrace. Second floor contain 2 bedrooms for 4 people. In fourth bedroom you can find 2 single beds for 2 people – own bathroom. Fifth bedroom have large bed for 2 people with own bathroom.
On top floor you can find a gym with equipment.
Also you can also enjoy in yard of Villa which is located on 900m2. We are recommending to start your day with breakfast on our terrace which is made from drawings of old Dubrovnik designers from the 13th century. Afternoon time you can spend with drinking cocktails on swimming pool with melodies of local birds or if you want you can have fun with recreation – playing billiards and table tennis.Also on a large plot you can find children playground for the youngest population equipped with a swing, seesaw and slide. We recommend to spend an evening during dinner made on the grill. With bottle of champagne on the lawn under the stars you can spend romantic moments with your loving person.Villa is surrounded with nature with view on mountains, but for few minutes (10min driving) you can sunbath on one of the beautiful Adriatic beaches and swim in clearest sea on the World.
The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.
Villa is located near Dubrovnik (10min driving – 7km),center Mlini full of beaches, restaurants and entertainment(5min driving) . Airport Dubrovnik is 20min away and shops 5min driving. Few kilometers from border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
We offer private transfers from the airport and back.Or other locations on request. Taxi or uber is available.
Villa features an air conditioning in every room.
Guests will have access to: free WI-FI,free parking for 4 cars, private heated swimming pool, SMART TV, washing machine, dryer,dish washer. Open furnished terrace with sunbeds, BBQ facilities, table tennis, billiards,childrenplayground,gym.Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
