Located in a small and quiet dead end, the holiday home has well-made furnishings and in excellent condition: a double bed and two single beds respectively in the two bedrooms, a living room with sitting area and TV corner, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with washing machine that overlooks the back thanks to a bright veranda.
The accommodation is air-conditioned thanks to the presence of a machine in the living room, while in one of the two bedrooms there is a machine that only has the fan function active.
The balcony is comfortable, large and habitable and boasts a large roller blind that allows you to enjoy the shade even during the hottest hours of the day, as well as guaranteeing maximum privacy. The curtain can in fact be extended up to the parapet of the balcony, completely closing off the environment.
At the back of the house it is possible to park in a closed and private shared area, with a reduced parking space for a medium-sized car. While on the front, the alley and the courtyard are accessible only to a few residents.
