Holiday home just about 100 meters from the water's edge in a quiet holiday home area by Kongsmark Strand. Open and well-equipped kitchen in connection with the living room with wood stove. Here, morning coffee and the garden can be enjoyed, which are often visited by fallow deer in the early morning hours. Approx. 200 meters from the house is a common area with football goals, playground and petanque court. Good fishing opportunities and look at the Great Belt Bridge. Local environment with restaurants, ice houses and wide and bright sandy beaches. Not for rent to youth groups.
