Grab one of the 2 included kayaks and go for a ride to see dolphins in the canal, or one of the 4 adult bikes included for a relaxing ride to the beach to watch sunset. Located in the City of Anna Maria, this property is a brief walk from the beach, fabulous shopping, and fine dining. If you don't feel like walking, take advantage of Anna Maria's free trolley which will take you from the one end of the island to the other. Golf Cart rentals are convenient and fun. Loved everything about the house. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as plenty of bath and beach towels. The pool area was where we spent the majority of our time as well as watching TV outdoors. We would definitely come back!

A Perfect Short Term Rental Property

I have been in the hospitality industry for 40 years. We have also evolved with short term rentals. I was impressed with the PERFECT location, the high level of fixtures, furnishings and equipment as well as the amenities, quality of bedding linen and terry and hats off to whoever handles the weather, they did an excellent job! We very much enjoyed this property. It’s our favorite to date, we’ve been to 2 other VRBOs on the Island. The separate guest house was perfect for our friends that did not have younger kids with them, We enjoyed the main house with 3 boys. The location was perfect for everything.

Location is EVERYTHING!!

Our family loved this home! Location is in a quiet neighborhood - perfect for walking to restaurants/shopping & also located on a beautiful canal. The house was as described - clean & comfortable. The best part of the home are the 2 sliding doors that open the entire side of the house facing the pool/canal. No worries about bugs either because the doors open to the screened-in porch - even the floor of the porch is screened-in from below. Loved this...because we felt like we were outside all week! Only downsides...of the 5 bikes available...only 2 bikes would hold air. Also, the kitchen lacked: skillets (the 2 teflon skillets provided were scratched beyond safe use), there wasn't a sharp chef's knife for cutting, no stirring spoons/utensils & not enough drying towels. Positive: I bought 2 new skillets, knife, & utensils from Publix to use & when my husband called management ...they credited our account. This definitely turned the negative into a positive! Management was also quick (within an hour) to replace a paddle that broke while being used kayaking. We didn't mention the lack of kitchen towels, but I'm sure they would have made it right. Finally, the sheets on the king beds didn't fit properly. They failed to stay over the corners of the bed. Again, I didn't mention it to management. It's vacation & with this home...hard to be anything but HAPPY!

Wonderful Family Getaway

My family of four had a wonderful week here! The house is clean and spacious, with beautiful decor and everything we could want. There is also plenty of outdoor space with a large screened in porch, shaded patio, pool, hot tub, grill, games and a dock. Based on the listing details, we weren’t sure if there would be beach gear available to use, but the storage area under the house had many beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart so no need to rent these items! This was our first time on AMI and the location was ideal. The beach, bay, and many shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. We would definitely rent this house again in the future!

My family had such a wonderful stay at this house. This was our first time to AMI and we loved everything about it. We were minutes away from the most beautiful beach, used the private pool daily, saw manatees in the bay behind the house, used the kayaks that were provided, and enjoyed all the unique details of the house itself. (Porch swing, bunk beds, backyard patio and outdoor fire pit) We feel so lucky to have found such a special place and will treasure these memories forever!

Great house in a great location

This house was perfect for our family of 6. Nicely remodeled with a perfect location on the canal and a short walk from the beach. The pool was great and the owners allow you to use their kayaks and bikes. Anna Maria is a great location, well off the beaten path and not incredibly built up like you might expect for a prime location like this. We'll definitely come back to this house.

We LOVED this place! Our first trip to Anna Maria will not be our last. Everything you want in a vacation is here. It's obvious that the owners love this home and want their guests to love their time here. It is located on a quiet canal with easy access for kayaking, fishing or just relaxing on the dock to watch the fish jump or the manatees swim by. Kayaks are provided as well as bikes for guests. It's a short walk or ride to the beach, shops, & restaurants. We walked every morning toward the bay, around the point and down the gulf side coming back in at the Sandbar Restaurant for a 3 mile loop. The outdoor living space is exceptional with plenty of seating, hot tub, pool, fire pit, grill, TV and dining space. The porch swing on the upper deck is the perfect place for napping or reading. The home is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Even though it's only 2 bedrooms, this house could easily sleep 9-10 people. The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to dine in. Bedrooms and bathrooms are 5-star. This is a great vacation home and I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Great house! Well-maintained, clean, modern, and nicely decorated.

We had a very nice time at this house. It's on a canal off the ocean and was quiet and peaceful. There were two kayaks to use. The house was very clean and nice, modern amenities. Beds were very comfy. The pool was awesome! Our family enjoyed a relaxing week in this house. Have no hesitation about recommending it highly.
