Holiday villa with a breathtaking view, WI-FI, A/C, Swimming pool/10 pax.
Villa Cruise is a beautiful, modern large, fully air-conditioned house located in the Serra Brava neighbourhood of Lloret de Mar on a quiet dead-end street, beautifully situated with exceptional panoramic sea and mountain views. Offering a 300m2 living area, with a capacity to accommodate up to 10 people the villa is divided into two floors. Plenty of sunny terraces and the beautiful deck around the swimming pool invite you to sit, relax, and enjoy your holiday.
On the ground floor, there are 4 double bedrooms 2 of them suite and the other bedrooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV (with Netflix), air-conditioned with access to the beautiful terraces where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. All windows are equipped with motorised roller shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.
The communal living area is located on the first floor with a large l-shaped double sofa bed, a dining area with a table for 10 people, and a large Android TV. FREE wireless internet access (WIFI). The property provides bed linen and towels FREE of charge.
There is a spacious open kitchen, fully equipped with a table which is provided with all comforts, such as a large American-style fridge/freezer with ice machine a dishwasher, a washing machine, ceramic glass hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
There is another bathroom with a walking shower and a WC.
The Villa has a private swimming pool with a self-cleaning system without chemicals used, sun beds and an outside shower cabin. Plenty of terraces, including a large roof terrace, a coal barbecue, a garage, parking space for up to 3 cars, and an automatic entry gate, are provided for you to choose from.
More cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.
The beautiful beach Cala Canyelles is a 10-minute drive away
from the villa, Lloret de Mar Beach is 1.5 miles away, and 3.7 miles from Pueblo Medieval de Tossa de Mar.
The villa is located in the centre of district Serra Brava. The local famous restaurant El Rossell and a small supermarket are only 100m away from the villa.
Suitable for families and friends. Unfortunately, young groups under 26 years old are not accepted.
