Kalamaki Court (1 Bd) - charming small holiday complex with swimming pool

The location of the Kalamaki Villa in a private secure complex with other holiday villas is situated in the popular resort of Kalamaki, surrounded by olive groves typical of the Greek countryside and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the resort and beautiful crystal clear waters of the Kalamaki beach. Tavernas and shops are within a few minutes walk from the complex so a car is not necessary.

Each villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and utensils you will need. In the one bedroom units the lounge has a sofa (sofa bed), coffee table and TV & DVD player, in the kitchen section is the dining area with table plus 4 chairs for dining indoors and also an outdoor table and chairs on the veranda leading from the patio doors in the lounge overlooking the swimming pool & lovely gardens.

The villa has one large double bedroom accommodating 2 persons plus if required also one young child (under the age of 10 yrs) can be accommodated on the double sofa bed.

Overall Kalamaki Court was great, quiet location only 5 minutes drive from the beach. Local contacts Simone and Denise were very pleasant and efficient. The property (Number 11) was generally well appointed though the main bathroom is rather tired and could do with an upgrade. Bed linen/towels also rather past their sell by date. Would certainly recommend Kalamaki Court and hope to return ourselves. By the way, Kalamaki Court is located in Kalamaki and not Tsilivi as indicated on the website!

more than adequate,just needs a little "tlc" here and there

property a little dated and in need of "tlc" here and there but these were only little minuses,otherwise lovely quiet peaceful holiday due to location.fantastic selection of greek tavernas all serving great food with many complimentary offers in resort centre and on the walk in.crystal beach was lovely and local bus service right on doorstep.
