We totally respect our guest’ privacy, but that said, Simone from the local management company Zante Villa Services, is available for assistance 24/7 should you require and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips about Zakynthos when she drops in to greet you once you have settled in, usually in the first day or two after your arrival.

Information Book

At the property you will find an Information Book which provides most of the basic necessary details about the villa, such as how to use the air conditioning, hot water, internet connection, location of rubbish drop etc,. together with the local management company’s contact details & other standard emergency numbers, in case of any issues during your stay. There are also some suggestions of local places to visit & a wide selection of eateries both from the owner & also previous guests at the villa.

"Flexible" check-in/-out time:

Note that early check ins or late check outs are regretfully not always possible if we have a guest leaving or arriving on the same day, as we need to allow time for the cleaners to prepare the property for the incoming guests. However occasionally we are able to accommodate an earlier check in, if we do not have a same day departure but this cannot be determined until nearer the time & you must contact us to request same. Should the standard check-in or out times not be convenient at all with your flight times it may be worth considering booking an additional first or last day at the time of booking in order to guarantee the earlier or later time suitable with your travel times.
