Could have been cleaner. The hoover had not been emptied for a long time. Agents were wonderful and attended to our requests instantly. Very convenient. We were mostly happy

Unsafe check in process

You are required to get your entrance key several blocks away from the unit at a little store. 2 female seniors 73 and 70 had to walk with our luggage several blocks in the dark! It was AWFUL AND UNSAFE we also arrived to having to turn the water on when we needed it due to a recent leak. The place is heated with a radiator so we only had heat when the water was on. Although close to George Square which was nice the apt was adjacent to an open yard of restaurants which made it very most Truthfully I will never use VRBO again. I will stick with reliable hotels.

Disappointed

The apartment appeared run down. The couch was not as pictured. Instead there was a too small futon chair with throw pillows that should be washed or tossed. Bed was so small that my spouse fell off it in the night just by rolling over, and we are average size. The impression we had of this apartment was that whoever owned it moved out and left behind all their old stuff for use as a rental. If you have the money, stay elsewhere. If you don’t, stay in a hostel.

Overall, a nice flat in a great location, with a few niggles.

Check-in process is a bit convoluted, and involves finding a finding a keysafe two blocks away. Flat itself is nice on first impressions, but there were several small things that let it down. Dining chairs are dangerously loose, shower is leaking, blinds won't open and there's only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen. Having said that, once all these small things get fixed, there won't be much to complain about. It's a good value short term let, it's clean, spacious and safe as it is. Bed is comfortable, and there's a lift up to the third floor. I'd stay there again, but I'd bring more teaspoons!

Good for a short stay

Very central, good location and fairly spacious apartment. A few niggling issues here and there but otherwise a nice place for a short stay. Could be more comfortable with a better sofa, and the blinds in the living space were in need of repair (as was the clothes drier rack).
