While on the first floor you have another very peaceful suite with a balcony that backs onto the large pool and gardens. On the same floor is a very cool open plan kitchen and living room, which lead onto a large sundeck with amazing views of the marina and ocean beyond. For several years we've been waiting for a property in this perfect Vilamoura Marina location. In 2019 we completely refurbished the property to a beautiful and clean cut standard.

What makes this property unique

1) Fantastic views of the marina and the ocean beyond
2) Direct access to the marina from the front gate or through a door in the car park. No long passageways or lifts to contend with.
3) Perfect split living space for 2 couples - giving both couples some quiet and relaxing space if and when they require it
4) The suit on the first floor has a balcony that looks directly onto the beautiful communal gardens and pool area
5) The apartment enjoys a large south-facing sun veranda, perfect for eating, entertaining and relaxing
