This south-facing apartment is perfectly located on Vilamoura's famous marina.
It's a duplex apartment, meaning the living space is perfectly spread across two floors. You have a downstairs suite and sunbathing area, with direct access to the marina. While on the first floor you have another very peaceful suite with a balcony that backs onto the large pool and gardens. On the same floor is a very cool open plan kitchen and living room, which lead onto a large sundeck with amazing views of the marina and ocean beyond. Behind the kitchen is a convenient third toilet and shower room.
Benefiting from a direct and privileged access to Vilamoura marina, where in a few steps you can enjoy all restaurants, shops and bars. It is also a short walk from Vilamoura beach, the casino and Cerro da Vila Museum. Falésia beach is located about 2 kms on foot.
It is also a short car or taxi ride from water parks, Albufeira nightlife, historic centres of Loulé and Faro, as well as Ria Formosa Natural Park.

Beautiful apartment, wonderfully positioned overlooking the sea. Tastefully decorated with extremely comfy beds. Such fantastic location for marina , shops and beach. Lovely pool. Would highly recommend and we will be sure to go back. The managers were so helpful, and organised our transfer both ways and even put our shopping delivery away.
A spotless apartment with a stunning view of the marina. It had high end appliances including a Nespresso machine (we found compatible pods at the supermarket). Special mention goes to Mafalda from the management company who was proactive from booking to leaving. She even organised our airport transfers which were excellent and prompt will be rebooking next year
The location of the apartment couldn’t be better. On the marina and in short walking distance to all the bars and restaurants.
Communication with Mafalda was great, she was so friendly and helpful and also kindly arranged taxis for us from the airport.
The decoration in the apartment is fresh and modern and the facilities are great.
If I were to suggest any improvements it would be to have a mirror above the dressing table in the downstairs bedroom, firmer pillows and some towel hooks in the downstairs bathroom too. For extra luxury, padded sun loungers would be a bonus too.
Lovely apartment but a couple of issues. Firstly no handrail on any stairs including steps from downstairs bathroom to bedroom. Steps are not clearly defined due to being a very light colour. The two upstairs bathrooms would benefit to being knocked through into one. As one was difficult to access due to lack of space. Beautiful views of the marina and very well maintained. Would still return as the location is fantastic.

This is one of those reviews that you dont want to write because then everyone will want to come! We have had the most amazing few days in this apartment. Amazing location, comfortable, clean and fresh and great management/ resort staff. Blankets delivered at 8pm on a Sunday as it had turned cold!
. Only thing that wasn’t great was the weather but didn’t matter we just explored the Algarve instead.

From the day we arrived to the day we left everything was perfect. A fabulous apartment high quality in a perfect position for us right on marina just 2 mins walk from bars and restaurants but very quite at night. Mafalda from the management team could not do enough for us even as going as far as to sort out our covid tests for returning. Would definitely return and would highly recommend

but really quiet at night. Modern decor, Great beds and TV fully equipped kitchen. Very helpful management company with a really easy check in process. Definitely recommend.
We stayed in this beautiful apartment from 6-11 September. Gorgeous apartment with south facing sun terraces. Every facility you would need inside the apartment and the communal pool was super. 10/10 for our stay and will definitely book again

For several years we've been waiting for a property in this perfect Vilamoura Marina location. In 2019 we completely refurbished the property to a beautiful and clean cut standard.
What makes this property unique
1) Fantastic views of the marina and the ocean beyond 2) Direct access to the marina from the front gate or through a door in the car park. No long passageways or lifts to contend with. 3) Perfect split living space for 2 couples - giving both couples some quiet and relaxing space if and when they require it 4) The suit on the first floor has a balcony that looks directly onto the beautiful communal gardens and pool area 5) The apartment enjoys a large south-facing sun veranda, perfect for eating, entertaining and relaxing
