VILLA MAJA is a fully air-conditioned property furnished to a very high standard and is fully covered with Free WiFi and 4 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, gym, sauna, and whirlpool attached to the pool.
Heated, private 32m2 swimming pool is on a terrace dotted with 6 sun loungers and to compliment this corner of paradise there is a hydro-massage Jacuzzi tub, on another side very comfortable outdoor furniture - all offer privacy and great open view to sea and islands.
There are an outdoor shower and a shaded area with a comfortable table and chairs next to the BBQ… Ideal for enjoying an evening drink while watching the sunset.
You have less than 10 minutes (4km) drive to the closest beach, restaurant, and shop - but the car is necessary because the villa is located up on the hill which is why you have stunning sea views from almost every angle of the house and very quiet environment.
There is an outdoor BBQ and covered dining area with stylish, comfortable furniture and a beautiful circular dining table is ideal for dining ‘al fresco’ during those warm Mediterranean evenings. At night you can admire the glittering lights below…. A sign of life on the Dalmatian Riviera from your secluded (but not isolated) retreat away from the cares of everyday life!

Fantastic Villa in Fantastic Location !!

The villa is located in a wonderfully peaceful area and was great for us to wind down and relax totally. The check-in / check-out was easy with a full explanation of everything done clearly (thank you Edita!). You'll need a car to get about with the town of Omis just a short drive away where we spent most of out evenings in the great bars and restaurants that serve really good local Croatian cuisine. The villa itself is absolutely perfect with every need catered for even down to toothpaste! Very comfortable inside with A/C in every room, the outdoor spaces are large and many. The pool/jacuzzi is perfect after a long day strolling about. We highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing holiday villa and brilliant hosts

We have had an amazing time on this holidays in Croatia. This villa Maja has been a great choice and we never regret it for a second. Villa is truly fantastic, and exceeded our expectations at every level. It is a lovely family holiday home: modern, convenient, clean and finished to a very high standard. The location is just brilliant: close to everything and at the same time tucked away from busy tourists routs. Stunning views from anywhere in the house! Please note: it is convenient to have a car, - the parking space is there, and you need the car to go about when you'll decide to leave villa. What we particularly liked was the fact that owners has paid attention to every little detail: from providing you with both pool and beach towels, shampoos and shower gel in every bathroom, to having a set of matches next to the BBQ Grill outside and every piece of kitchen utensils in the kitchen in the house!!! Talking about owners, - they deserve separate mention in this review. The communication was great from the first contact confirming the booking, all the way to our departure from Croatia. They were the most helpful with any aspect of our holidays, they made sure that all of our requests (however large or small they were) were dealt in the most efficient and friendly manner. We always felt welcomed and well looked after. I want to mention, that the pictures and description of the villa are truly accurate and it truly is beautiful. We enjoyed our holidays in Villa Maja and hope to be there again.
