You enter the beautiful building via the main, grand entrance and find yourself at the front door of apartment number three.

You enter into a light, bright, spacious hallway with sleek wooden flooring. From here you have access to all areas.

Lounge

Magnificent high ceilings with vast windows allowing tons of natural light into the room and provides framing of the mature tree lined communal gardens.

This reception room is large, with comfortable furniture, art TV and sky. The room is carpeted, with modern sleek radiators which can be remotely controlled.

You have wow factor high ceilings, decorative coving, dado rail and ceiling rose.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room

This modern yet homely kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely size, providing a wonderful space with breakfast bar, a tiled floor with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is tasteful with a large range of wooden fitted base and wall units topped with granite worktops and upstand.

The kitchen houses the following integrated appliances; Miele electric hob and dishwasher, neff extractor fan, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and a stainless steel double sink with incorporated waste disposal unit and Quooker tap.

Inner hallway

A sizeable, handy space which houses large fitted storage shelves with built in light features and features books and games for your enjoyment. Wooden flooring and underfloor heating.

Accessed off the inner hallway is the generous cloakroom which houses WC, wash basin, walls and floor with underfloor heating.

Bedroom 1

A large, naturally light double bedroom fitted with carpets, king size bed and dressing table. You also have a practical and spacious walk in wardrobe area which is open to the room.

Bedroom 2 (with en-suite)

Another good size bedroom with king size bed which is naturally light, with the added benefits of built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom comprising tiled walls and floor with underfloor heating, shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, and towel heater.

Bedroom 3

The room is a good size bedroom with king size bed, floor to ceiling sash windows ensuring lots of natural light and perspective over the mature gardens. Underfloor heating.

Family Bathroom

Beautifully modern and bright, this family bathroom houses a bath with shower over and glass screen, WC, towel heater, wash basin with fitted vanity unit under and automated lighting. You also have tiled walls and floor with underfloor heating.

Built in the mid-nineteenth century and backing onto the Newton Cliffs. The apartment is accessed via the communal main entrance to the front of the building, located on the ground floor.

The encompassing grounds of Langland Bay Manor are as equally impressive with secure gated entrance, allocated and guest car parking. Well maintained communal gardens and secure entrance to the building itself.
Well maintained, pretty and mature communal gardens are a blessing with varying pockets of useable areas including use of BBQ and fire pit.

Local Area

Langland is home to the infamous Langland Bay and has easy access to the boutiques, amenities and eateries of Mumbles village.

Perfectly situated on Langland Bay beach front, you are moments away from the family friendly Langland Bay promenade and beach. Also within easy reach Caswell Bay. Both awarded the coveted blue flag beach awards recognising their quality, cleanliness and services with a coastal pathway connecting them. Both bays offer car parking, seasonal life guard duty, beachside cafes, and kiosks which are fully stocked with everything required for a perfect day at the beach.

Langland Brasserie offers a more refined dining experience. The bays are also popular surfing and paddle board locations.

Langland Bay Golf Club is just a short walk from the house. Alongside our award winning beaches, scenic coastal paths and Marina we are blessed with great sporting facilities. With championship golf courses, Olympic sized swimming pool and a full array of water sport activities to enjoy. Culturally benefiting from museums, galleries and theatres with a centre celebrating the works of Dylan Thomas. Swansea offers a direct line to London and Cardiff International Airport is approximately 45 minute drive.

Mumbles is an absolutely charming coastal village, located to the west of The City of Swansea. The village itself offers a full array of quality restaurants and individual boutiques. The village is popular with families due to the beautiful parks, award winning beaches and gardens.

Recently listed in The Sunday Times as the best place to live in Wales. Mumbles is known locally as the gateway to the Gower Peninsular which is the first ever designated area of natural outstanding beauty, with beautiful beaches, interesting coves to explore and breath taking coastal walks.

Christmas stay
Apartment was very clean and comfortable in an ideal location. Communication with Gemma was quick and easy. Hopefully we may get be able to come another time of the year when weather is a bit better !!

Living the Life in Langland
This was a comfy, spacious spot with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Loved the heated drying rack which came in very handy with all the rain we had. Would definitely return.
