The Casa da Terrada results from the rehabilitation and conservation of a rural house dating from 1937. It is located in Segude in the Municipality of Monção, land of Deu-la-Deu, which is the birthplace of Alvarinho wine.

It has a spacious outdoor area with a shared swimming pool, 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, with capacity for four people, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, barbecue, garden furniture, heating, satellite TV, and much more.
