DESCRIPTION





Charming hilltop villa located in the Costa Dorada’s mediterranean seacoast, midway between Barcelona and Tarragona. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with private pool and a barbecue area, the property’s different leisure spots makes it ideal for large families to enjoy.





The three story villa offers a large social area on its first floor that extends to a relaxing sitting space in the terrace, just perfect to enjoy the stunning views and mediterranean atmosphere. It’s fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool enhance the inside living and dining areas. A barbecue zone with optional dining complements the outdoor spaces.

At the lower level, the private driveway and garage offer enough space for at least two cars. The billiard room and laundry space complement this level.





There are four bedrooms on the villa’s top level: The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with ocean views, a second double bedroom with balcony, a third room with two bunk beds - perfect for the young ones, a twin room and a second bathroom. Each bedroom in the top level has an A/C unit.





In the first level a room with sofa bed can also be used as a workplace.





We regret that Villa Dorada is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Families with small children should be aware that there is direct, unrestricted access from the villa to the swimming pool.



BOOKING CONDITIONS

At least one guest responsible for the booking and staying at the property must be at least 23 years old.
All guests (adults and children) must register with a valid ID or passport before arrival, as required by law. The same document must be presented at check-in.
House rules must be accepted once the booking is confirmed.

ADDITIONAL TAXES
FEES

The following taxes and fees, not included in the booking price, are to be paid directly to the host before check-in:

Tourist tax:€ 1,75 / Adult (+16yr) / night up to 7 nights.
Long Stays (29 days or more):Utilities (gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi) are included in the rental price up to €150 per month. If the actual utility costs exceed this amount, the difference will be deducted from the security depositat the end of the stay.





HOUSE RULES

Local laws require that all guests, adults and children, present their legal ID or passport before visiting Cataluña.
The maximum capacity on the property is 10 people at all times.
The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood. We expect guests to respect the quiet hours (23hr - 10hr) and act as if they were at home. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
Pool hours: 8hr - 22hr. Please follow pool security recommendations at all times.
For your safety, we recommend that you lock the villa and activate the alarm system. The host is not responsible for objects that may be lost in the villa
Please leave the villa clean and tidy before check-out, with no trash or food left over. Please wash the dishes and empty the recycling trash cans. Trash should be disposed off in the street trash bins.




SURROUNDINGS

The villa is situated in a residential area in ​​the limits of Cunit and Segur de Calafell. The golden beach is only a five minute drive from the villa, as well as several grocery stores, shops and local restaurants.





A car is highly recommended. Segur's train station is the closest (20 min walking distance) in case driving is not within your plans.

Sitges is a 20 minutes drive, Tarragona and PortAventura 30 and Barcelona 50, while the airport is only 35 minutes.





You don’t want to miss Tarragona's ancient roman city by the sea, the little fishing village of Altafulla, the cava routes in the Penedés wine region and visit the most prestigious farmhouses and cellars in Catalonia.
