STONE HOUSE – THE LAYOUT

Stone House is situated on a beautiful spot overlooking the Pagasitikos bay. On the ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and the master bedroom with en- suite bathroom. There is also another bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the upper level. Outside the living room lies a beautiful garden with external seating and rocking sofa and a shaded area for those take-it-easy long breakfasts. The area of the veranda along with the garden looking at the bay is almost 100m2. Stone House is situated in a very quiet and peaceful place, has a covered parking area and the unique advantage of being only 20 minutes away from the beaches of Pagasitikos and 30 – 45 minutes from the Aegean shores. The beaches of the Gatzea area are at a distance of 15 minutes away from the house. Consider them as the perfect spot for reading under the trees or swimming (ideal for children, too). Visiting the village of Agios Georgios Nilias is also an easy thing to do since the main square of the village is in a walking distance through a pathway near the villa. During the summer period guests will also find equipment for the beach. (1 umbrella, 2 sea mattresses, 2 beach mats and 2 beach seats).



FACILITIES



Room size: 68m²

Fully equipped kitchen with capacity to serve 2-4 guests, spices, herbs and aromatic salts and peppers. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with 10 complimentary capsules, different types of tea and a complimentary bottle of the local spirit “tsipouro”. Each villa has a flat screen TV, dishwasher and washing machine, board games, a large collection of books, plus toys and games for children. Umbrellas and seats for the beach are also provided. A children’s pool, baby cot and high rise chair are available upon request as well as safety gates for the stairs.
