The house was designed specifically for the plot in 1977, and is intact with its unique architecture, which has references to Japanese architecture and the Danish country house. Great spaciousness and cozy atmosphere combined with the open fireplace as the natural gathering point. Beautiful light effects throughout the day give it a special atmosphere, especially when the evening sun passes the long window strip. The house is located secluded on the grounds, giving some beautiful views around the garden and from the house. The cottage contains three bedrooms, open kitchen connected to the living room and dining room. Terrace where the day's meals can be enjoyed or you can lie in the sun lounger and enjoy a book. Via your own mobile it is possible and free to watch DR1, DR2, DR3 and DR & # 160; Ramasjang and your own streaming services on the house TV. The cottage is secluded from the road and undisturbed. On the other side of the road is Ringholm Skov and Hov Vig nature reserve, which houses most bird species in Denmark. Nordstranden, which is one of Denmark's best bathing beaches, is located approx. 2.5 km from the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
