Villa Constance - Plage

Villa Constance is an architect-designed house located near the beautiful Goulien beach, from which you can admire the Tas de Pois rock formations, the Rocher Noir, and the Anse de Dinan. It enjoys an ideal location for a peaceful vacation (at the end of a cul-de-sac with no road traffic).

Access to the beach is via a small pedestrian path. There, you can swim, surf, or explore the many hiking trails of the GR34.

The house is bright and open to the garden thanks to its large bay windows. On the ground floor, it includes a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom with built-in closets, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a pleasant hallway with a sofa to enjoy the view of the garden and the Tas de Pois, a reading nook with a bench, separate toilets, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

In terms of amenities, the house is fully equipped with: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, two fridges, large drawer-style freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

Wi-Fi and TV are also available.

Shops: Everything you need is in the village, just 5 minutes away—daily market, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, cinema, etc.

Absolutely gorgeous spot on the coast outside Crozon. We loved our stay- the house is at the end of the road, so very quiet; the main sound you hear is rhe crashing surf below. The lovely beach is a short 5 min walk down a path next to the house, and the town less than 10 mins away. You can easily take advantage of the many activities nearby (surfing, beachwalks, hiking, fiahing, etc), or just relax in the yard at the house. We had an incredible time and would stay again!

Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Lage! Alles was man braucht ist im Haus und man kann auf der Terasse wirklich schön mit der Familie sitzen und Zeit miteinander verbringen.

Wir haben sehr schöne 9 Tage in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr hell, freundlich, hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber hat eine sonnige Terrasse und schönen eingewachsenen Garten.Der einzigartige Strand von Goulien ist fussläufig schnell erreicht, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Crozon per Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab war sehr professionell, Checkin und Checkout mit Monique sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
