A highlight of this villa is certainly the living room with exposed stone masonry, a billiards table, and a dartboard. It's easy to spend many sociable and fun hours here. The traditional kitchen, also featuring exposed stone masonry, offers all the amenities of a well-equipped kitchen, along with a cozy dining room and an open fireplace.

1st Floor:
The villa consists of a total of 4 bedrooms. The 1st double bedroom is very stately and impressive with exposed stone masonry. It has a double bed and an extra bed and direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and an extra bed, along with wooden flooring. The 3rd bedroom is a dream for many children, equipped with bunk beds, and the 4th bedroom has a single bed and wooden flooring as well.

The two bathrooms in the villa are simple but functional, with one having a shower and the other a bathtub.

Outdoor Area:
Apart from the charm that this property exudes inside, the outdoor area will certainly delight you as well. On a plot of over 5000m2, you'll find a green oasis of well-being. Trees, shrubs, plants, and meadows as far as the eye can see. In the midst of this greenery is the well-maintained pool area with an outdoor shower.
