The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the center of Albufeira. The apartment is duplex. It consists of:
Ground floor: a spacious bedroom with a private terrace with the sea view, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
The 1st floor: a living room with kitchen and TV, a spacious terrace with city and ocean views with barbecue and dining area, a bedroom with private terrace with the sea view, a bathroom. There is no elevator in the building.
The apartment is ideal for family holidays, with friends, for young people, for older couples who have no problems moving up the stairs. Perfect location for nightlife and beach time!

We'll ask for a damage deposit of 300 euros. This damage deposit will be refunded after departure in the same way it was received.
Please note:
If you forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately
