Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the amazing ocean view, easy beach access, pools, and walkability to the pier and harbor. We’re also glad the condo had helpful beach items available, including the beach blanket, chairs, and towels. It sounds like you made the most of the location and had a wonderful visit. We appreciate you mentioning the patio concern. While many guests enjoy the convenience of the beachside setting, we always recommend not leaving personal items unattended outside. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo homey, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We’re sorry to hear the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, especially with the fans needing attention. While beach properties can be more challenging to keep dust- and sand-free, the fans should still be properly cleaned, and we will address this with our housekeeping team. We also understand how uncomfortable it can be when the condo stays warm. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we know that during hotter periods, fans and open windows may not always provide enough relief. We’re also sorry that keeping the windows open led to more street noise at night. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and hope the location and comfort of the condo still made for an enjoyable stay. – MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed being close to the beach and found the property fun and well equipped for your stay. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the condo’s upgraded interior, cleanliness, ocean view, amenities, and our team’s accessibility. We’re sorry the early-morning activity, temporary vehicle stops, and noise along the public beachfront street affected your stay. While activity on the street and at the public beach facilities is outside our control, we understand that this particular location may not be ideal for guests seeking a quieter setting. We appreciate your willingness to return to North Coast Village, and our team would be happy to help you select a condo in a more peaceful area of the complex for your next visit. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the incredible location, spacious layout, convenient parking, walkability to town, and all of the great amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and game room. We’re also glad the beach access worked so well for your family, especially for the older kids being able to walk right across to the ocean. We’re sorry to hear about the gnats in the bathroom and will have our team review and treat that area as needed. We also understand that being on the ground floor during a heat wave can bring extra noise when windows need to stay open for airflow. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we know warmer periods can still be uncomfortable. We appreciate your notes about the foot-washing station, paper products, tissues, and towels. We do provide starter supplies, including four rolls of toilet paper, and guests staying longer may need to purchase additional items or request additional towel service. Thank you again for choosing MakeMyVacation. We’re glad that overall it was a great beach stay, and we would love to welcome you back again! – MakeMyVacation Team
