Villa La Cigale, is an exclusive water-front villa for 8 people with 2000 mq of garden and a big private, with alarm secured swimming pool. Dimensions: 11 mt x 5 mt and a depth over 2.5 meters on one side. La Cigale is only 20 m from the sandy family beach La Figueirette. Beautiful sea view on the small tourist harbour of La Figueirette and the bay. The villa is on 2 levels – on the upper level are the entry with 2 single beds, 3 spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning all facing the sea and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a very spacious provençal living room, a large dining room with seating for 12 people and a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. A double king size bedroom and a small bathroom.
Dominating sea view on the bay and the Mediterranean. Wide terraces surround pool and house, which is fully south facing. Covered BBQ space, outdoor dining with 2 big tables and chairs for 12. There is also a boules court.
The property has direct access to the coastal road, so you can easily walk to the beach.
Parking within the property.
The villa is located at the beginning of numerous excursions into the mountains of the Esterel.

Great Villa on the Mediterranean

We had a lovely time at the villa. The house is beautiful, well made, and well maintained with a great view of the Mediterranean. We wished we could stay longer. The beach and numerous restaurants are nearby as well, not to mention Cannes, Nice, and other excursions. Gaia was pleasant and very responsive as well. We would definitely come back!

Highlight of Theole

As one of many beautiful homes in the area , this one is superb with its view, space and convenience to the beach. The host was wonderful and available for communication. One unexpected treat was a private entry walkway right in front of the main street by the beach and Marina. The house was lovely for our elderly family members and pretty quiet too during this time. Even though we had a car , one wouldn’t be necessary. As someone who’s rented dozens of homes…Make this your number one place to stay in the Theole area if you have 5 people!

La location ha un ottima posizione ma abbiamo trovato la casa quando siamo arrivati totalmente sporca, con grande odore di muffa esterno messo peggio.Arredamenti composti da qualche pezzo antico il resto oggetti economici e vecchi. Esterni sporchi con doccia otturata e piena di sporco Ma la cosa assurda che una volta fatta la lamentela all’host invece di prenderne atto e mandarci una squadra pulizue e giardinieri a sistemare ci ha detto che potevamo andarcene il giorno dopo..Ovviamente i soldi pagati li avremmo persi !!!!

We have always used and loved them as family holiday homes, but since we can’t use it ourselves anymore we would like to share these homes with our guests.

I have travelled around the world and I have stayed in any many different places, villas, family holiday homes, residences, hotels and apartments …. there I collect new ideas on what a holiday home needs, to make your vacation perfect.
